WHICH TYPES OF VEHICLES DOES AMERICAN DREAM HAVE AFFILIATIONS WITH?

AMERICAN DREAM LIMO SERVICE takes great pride in providing a versatile fleet of vehicles that caters to your unique requirements. Our affiliated fleet consists of elegant and luxurious late model 4-door sedans, spacious minivans, SUVs, stretch limousines, larger passenger vans, sprinters, and buses available in various sizes.

WHAT IS THE SEATING AND LUGGAGE CAPACITY OF A SEDAN?

In general, a sedan can comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers, with seating designed for 3 individuals. Regarding luggage, the trunk of a sedan can typically hold 2 standard-sized suitcases.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR LUGGAGE?

If the luggage can be accommodated within the trunk of the vehicle, there will be no additional charge. However, in the event that any luggage item needs to be placed inside the vehicle, such as a carry-on, suitcase, duffle bag, or box, an extra charge of $10.00 per piece will apply.

WHAT OCCURS IF I HAVE MORE THAN 3 PASSENGERS OR MORE THAN 3 PIECES OF LUGGAGE?

If all the luggage pieces are of large size, you will need either a minivan or an SUV.

I WILL BE TRAVELING WITH MY PET. WHICH TYPE OF VEHICLE CAN I RESERVE?

The vehicle you can reserve will be determined by the size of your pet. For small pets, a regular sedan or midsize SUV can typically accommodate them. However, if you have a larger pet, a bigger vehicle will be necessary. Please ensure to inform us during the booking process, as not all drivers can provide this service.

DO I NEED TO BRING A CAR SEAT FOR MY CHILD?

For children below the age of 8, it is mandatory by law to have them secured in a car seat. Passengers can choose to either bring their own car seats or request American Dream to provide them, with an additional charge applicable.

IT IS PERMISSIBLE FOR MY CHILDREN TO TRAVEL UNACCOMPANIED ?

Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The driver retains the right to request identification as proof of age.

WHAT IS THE SUGGESTED TIPPING AMOUNT?

The customary tipping range in the industry is typically between 15% and 20%, but the final determination of the amount is completely at your discretion.

WHAT ARE THE TOLL FEES FOR AIRPORTS?

Not all airport trips will include toll charges. In Manhattan, the toll for a trip to or from JFK or LGA airports is usually around $10.17. For trips involving EWR (Newark Airport), tolls start at $21.80. Toll fees apply on each way of round-trip reservation. If the driver incurs a toll while returning to the city, an extra charge will be added. It’s important to note that the driver has the authority to select the most suitable route considering traffic and weather conditions.

WHICH TYPES OF PASSENGER VANS ARE AFFILIATED WITH AMERICAN DREAM LIMOS?

We have a range of minivans available, including popular models such as the Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey, Ford Sprinters, and Mercedes Sprinters, at your disposal.

LOOKING FOR A STRETCH LIMO? AMERICAN DREAM HAS YOU COVERED!

Our associated stretch limousines are equipped with TVs, DVD players, and CD players to enhance your experience. Whether you’re attending proms, weddings, or any other special occasion, we specialize in offering everything you require, with the exception of alcohol.

IS IT NECESSARY TO PRESENT THE CREDIT CARD TO THE DRIVER WHEN USING IT?

Certainly! If you plan to use your credit card for payment inside the car, you must have the card with you and present it to the driver at the end of the trip for processing. However, if you provide your credit card information and ID details during the reservation process, there is no need to physically show the card.

IS IT FEASIBLE FOR ME TO UTILIZE MY CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT ONBEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE?

Certainly! We offer a convenient pre-paid option that enables third-party payments. During the reservation process, you can enter your credit card details in the payment section and choose the “All Inclusive” option to pre-pay for the ride on behalf of your guest. This allows you to use your credit card to pay for someone else’s transportation hassle-free.

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR MAKING STOPS DURING THE JOURNEY TO YOUR DESTINATION?

To obtain the pricing for stops along your route, please feel free to reach out to us via phone, email, or text. The cost can vary depending on the specific nature of each stop.

IF YOU HAVE SKIS, SNOWBOARDS, AND GOLF CLUBS. WHICH VEHICLE SHOULD YOU RESERVE?

For those intending to travel with a surfboard, skis, or golf clubs, you can easily make a reservation for a minivan, large passenger van, or SUV through our online booking system.

IF YOU FORGOT TO OBTAIN A RECEIPT, HOW CAN YOU OBTAIN ONE?

In case you forgot to obtain a receipt, you can simply request one by contacting our customer support team through phone, email, or our website.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MISPLACED SOMETHING IN AN AMERICAN DREAM AFFILIATED VEHICLE?

To retrieve a lost item in an AMERICAN DREAM LIMOS-affiliated car, kindly reach out to our office, and we will promptly coordinate with the driver and relevant departments to assist you in locating it. However, please be aware that we cannot assume liability for any belongings left behind. We will make every effort to recover your item, and if successful, we will contact you to arrange its return. Alternatively, we can facilitate the delivery of the item to you, but please note that there may be associated costs based on the distance traveled.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE RUNNING LATE FOR YOUR PICKUP, ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR WAITING TIME?

At American Dream, we offer a complimentary grace period of 10 minutes following the scheduled pickup time. However, if the delay extends beyond 15 minutes, waiting time charges will be applied for the entire duration of the delay. To provide further clarity, here are a couple of examples:

  • Example 1: If the pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:10 AM, no waiting time charges will be incurred.
  • Example 2: If the pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:15 AM, a waiting time charge of 15 minutes will be applied. The waiting time fee is calculated based on an hourly rate that is prorated according to the car class.
