Terms & Conditions:

Users of “American Dream Car & Limousine” services and/or its website(s) agree to be bound by the terms and regulations of the company. Users are required to adhere to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations when accessing the site(s) or using the service(s). “American Dream Car & Limousine,” its subsidiaries, and affiliates expect all visitors and users to comply with the following rules and regulations:

Credit Card/Voucher Presentation to Driver / Chauffeur:

Clients must present their chauffeur with the actual physical credit card provided at the time of booking/payment along with a valid government ID. This requirement does not apply to clients with signed 3rd party authorization and required documents on file, clients with activated Personal or Corporate Accounts, or clients authorized online by filling out the website reservation form or message form.

Wait Time for (Point to Point Transfers):

For point-to-point transfers, we provide a 15-minute grace period at pick-up before waiting time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle. Once the minimum time limit is passed, waiting time charges are billed in 15-minute increments.

Wait Time for (Airport Arrival Transfers):

For airport arrival transfers, we provide up to 30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic arrivals and up to 45 minutes of free waiting time for international arrivals requiring customs clearance. If the client does not meet their chauffeur or call the company within 30 minutes of their plane landing (or 45 minutes for international arrivals requiring customs clearance), they will be considered a “No-Show” and charged in full for the reservation.

Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums:

Hourly orders are billed according to the number of hours the client ordered the vehicle, then in 15-minute increments thereafter. The minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours the company will accept an order for, not what the client will be billed for. The company does not allow reductions in the amount of time ordered once an order is confirmed.

Deposit Policy:

To hold a vehicle, a deposit of 25% of the total initial price (charged to the credit card of the party paying for the reservation) is required. All deposits are only refundable if the client cancels within the given time frame. If the client fails to cancel by the given time frame or is considered a “No-Show” at pick-up time, the balance in full will be due.

Change Policy:

If the client makes a change for less than 4 hours, a change fee of $25 may apply. All changes are subject to availability and must be received by phone. Changes cannot be made with chauffeurs or online. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, the client will be charged in full for the order. The company does not permit reductions in the amount of time less than the minimum or vehicle size ordered once an order is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted by phone only. If the client cancels by the given time frame, the balance is waived. If the client fails to cancel by the given time

For “Point to Point” and “Airport Transfers”:

All changes must be made at least 12 hours prior to pick-up time.

For Weddings & Grad Packages:

All changes must be made at least one week prior to pick-up time.

For Hourly Charters, Specials & Tours:

All changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to pick-up time. Changes to standard hourly reservations are not permitted once an order is confirmed.

For International Reservations (Outside US/Canada):

All changes must be made at least one week prior to the pickup time
